一番茶の柳を強火で炒って香ばしさを出したお茶を、臼で挽いて微粉末にしたほうじ茶です。
一番茶の葉のみを使用しておりますので、香りがよくうまみがあります。
焙じることにより、カフェイン・タンニンが少ないです。
粉末ですので、お湯を注げばインスタントほうじ茶としてもお飲みいただけます。
粉末の為、お菓子(ケーキ・プリン・ゼリー・クッキー・饅頭・チョコレート・ラスク)・ほうじ茶塩・ほうじ茶ラテなどいろいろお試し下さい。

This hojicha is made by roasting ichibancha willow over high heat to give it an aromatic flavor, then grinding it into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle.
Since only the first tea leaves are used, the tea is fragrant and umami.
By roasting, it has less caffeine and tannin.
Since it is powdered, you can drink it as instant hojicha by pouring hot water.
Because it is in powder form, it can be used to make sweets (cakes, puddings, jellies, cookies, buns, chocolates, rusks), hojicha salt, hojicha latte, etc. Please try it in a variety of ways.
